Taylor R. Imbasciani is an associate at SHSS and a newly admitted member of the New York State Bar. She is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association “Rising Stars” Committee.
Ms. Imbasciani is truly a rising star in every sense of the word. Her attention to detail, work ethic and passion for advocacy render her a true asset to the firm and to her clients.
Prior to joining SHSS, Ms. Imbasciani commenced the practice of law as an associate attorney with Sperber & Stein, LLP. Prior to her time at Sperber & Stein, LLP, Ms. Imbasciani devoted herself to the field of law, serving as an intern with the Nassau County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center and the Family Court Bureau of the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. She also interned with a civil defense litigation firm in Manhattan.
Ms. Imbasciani is a 2021 graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She quickly stood out amongst her peers, authoring an article entitled, “The Ethics of Guardians ad Litem in Family Law,” which article was published in the Spring 2020 edition of the Hofstra Law Student Works of the Scholarly Commons. She also dedicated her time to the study of matrimonial law and family law, serving in the Family Law Practicum, Divorce Advocacy & Mediation Clinic and on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.
In addition to spending her time honing her legal skills, Ms. Imbasciani enjoys spending time with family and her beloved German Shorthaired Pointer pup named Pickles.
